Alexys joined the All Creatures Veterinary Hospital team in April 2026 and is currently enrolled in Penn Foster’s Veterinary Technician program as she works toward becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT).

Her passion for animal care began at a young age while helping her parents foster dogs. Growing up surrounded by a variety of animals—including ferrets, dogs, cats, and chickens—helped inspire her love for veterinary medicine and the human-animal bond.

At home, Alexys shares her life with Pepper, a 4-year-old Corgi/Mini Australian Shepherd mix, and Snapdragon, her 5-year-old calico cat.

When she’s not caring for patients, Alexys enjoys expressing her creativity through music and art. She has played guitar, clarinet, and piano since she was 13 years old and enjoys composing her own music. She also earned awards for her artwork throughout high school and has created custom pet portraits. In addition, she loves caring for her growing collection of plants.

Since joining ACVH, Alexys has quickly become a valued member of the team. She is a fast learner, always willing to lend a hand wherever needed, and brings a positive, welcoming energy that clients, patients, and coworkers appreciate.
