We are OPEN and continuing to provide medical care to your furry friends.

In accordance with local and state guidelines, we’re now allowing you to accompany your pets inside our facility. Curbside service will only be available when you specifically request it at the time of making your pet’s appointment.

Masks are required for entry. We will not be providing masks. If you arrive without one, you’ll be asked to reschedule your pet’s visit.

We’ll be doing temperature checks at the door and asking every pet parent to sign a waiver regarding your health and whether or not you have recently traveled to any COVID-19 hotspots.

We will still be performing our regular scheduled surgeries. Drop off time will still be between 7:30- 8:00 am. However, we will be allowing people into the building one at a time, where we will check your kiddo in while we are in the lobby with you. 

Patient discharges for surgical procedures are still typically between 2:00-4:00 pm where we request that you call us when you pull up to the building and kindly pay your bill over the phone for your pet’s anesthetized procedure. The receptionist will then direct you where to go to pick up your kiddo. 

For this reason, dogs must be brought in on a secure leash and cats must be brought in a carrier.
